Coo Coo Coolie
This is strictly for fun. Anyone that remembers this little jingle from the Pet Dairy Company Commercial for the product Coolie. The commercial jingle goes like this: "Coo-Coo-Coolie, orange Coolie, lemon Coolie, Coolie fruit punch! Coolie in the morning, coolie at lunch, natural fruit flavors, orange, lemon, punch!" Now thats funny.
Cornbread
Everyone loves cornbread with a meal. Instead of adding egg and regular oil try this instead. Use 1 cup of meal (Self rising corn meal) 1 cup of buttermilk, 1/4 cup of olive oil and 1 tsp of no salt seasoning and 1/2 cup of Jalapeno's if desired chopped fine. Bake in a muffin pan at 450 degrees for 30-45 minutes or until brown. Excellent. Don't forget to spray the pan with canola oil to prevent sticking.

Some want to get back into the size 5 jeans they wore in high school while others would simply like to be able to look in the mirror once again without feeling guilt. For some this is a simple matter of vanity and for others it is finally managing to deal with what has become a lifelong problem. If you find the inspiration you need to be successful with your dieting this time as opposed to others, then that is the perfectly plausible and acceptable reason for you to diet.
Other reasons for dieting include a desire to be more physically fit.
